Several frustrations

In general we like Zoho, but some things are really making our live frustrating.

1) Completed milestones and tasks disappear!! - The Completed Milestones tab simply is empty!

2) It is not possible to get complete/total timesheet for one employee for ALL projects at once - so basically Zoho is not a tool we can use to keep track of time without a lot of additional administration :-( We would like to have a timesheet that shows all hours of a specific employee - even if this employee works on more than just one project.

3) We need to be able to enter duration in hours, maybe even half hours - not only days. Else it is impossible to make correct estimates of work left/completed.

I have to say, that the above is VERY important and we really hope this can be solved very soon. Else we will be forced to use another projects tool, eg www.easyprojects.net.
