Share externally

Hi there,

I need to share a Zoho document with another person who does not have a Zoho account.

I understand that I must use the 'Share externally' feature. I also understand that this is a premium feature. Which is all fine.

My question is that by reviewing the forum I understand that there is a down load link provided to the user with no Zoho account. If I create a document in Zoho then what format are they going to download to view on their computer?
