Contacts that are in my personal Contact List show automatically when composing an email and typing the first few letters of the recipients name. (note this is the Contact list in Zoho Email in the CRM - not the Accounts/Leads/Contacts)

However, the group in the "Shared Contacts" do not show automatically when typing the first few letters as the regular contacts do.

I would like to be able to have a master shared list of email addresses (that are separate from the CRM Accounts or Contacts) so it makes it easier for the team to email people by just typing some letters of the persons name.

Is this by design or is there something that I need to turn on?
