All current users in our Zoho One subscription have been given access to a Zoho Form.  One of the users started using the form and prior to submitting, copied the provided link and sent it to another user to open and complete.  The second user was denied access.  The first user sent the link to me and I am able to open it.  I am the super admin.  The link was then sent to a number of other users and they cannot open it either.  Why?  What setting are we missing?
