Sharing Form Via Email - Form Isn't Showing on Dropdown List

Hi,

I built a form called Database Update Form and used the Zoho CRM field to prefill the form with the data in the CRM. The fields in the form are integrated into CRM Account and Contact modules.

To have the prefill answers showing up, I understand that we have to disable the public sharing feature - so I did. Now I want to send the form via email by sharing the URL and following the instruction here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/zoho/zoho-forms/articles/zoho-forms-crm-integration#Step_5_-_Share_with_Customers.

However, when I went to compose the email, the form I built is not showing up on the drop-down list. What's weird is I can see other Forms I built that are also prefilled with answers from Deals and Contact modules but not that Database Update Form.

Please could someone help me?
