My logistics is outsourced to a 3PL (3rd party logistics)

Sales Orders are managed in Zoho , replicated to the 3PL's system. When shipping, the 3PL needs to confirm the batch/serial numbers shipped.

How can my 3PL create a package/shipment thru APIs and pass the shipped batch(or serial) number in the JSON ?

This is a must when outsourcing your logistics to a 3PL.
