Please please help our shipping labels are not formatting properly.

It is pulling the sold to company name and it flips the address 1 / address 2 lines each shipment - so all our labels ar looking backwards and we have to sharper black out the company name of the Dealer / Distributor and often handwrite in the customer name of address we are drop shipping to.

I have asked previosuly and been told this is not something that can be fixed

Please help - this is such a difficult problem we like having all aspects inZoho but this is becoming more and more of an issue it has us looking for other software.
