Shipping integration for Recurring Subscription billing

Hi,

I am trying to create a recurring monthly subscription (for a Chocolate Club) where we need to add variable shipping costs with our UPS account.  We set up the subscription plans and integrated UPS with Zoho Inventory but am hitting a wall.

How do we integrate Zoho Inventory and Subscriptions?

Basically how we want this to go:
  1. Customer selects subscription plan
  2. Adds shipping address
  3. shipping costs are calculated with our UPS integration
  4. Updated price in Subscription bag
  5. Checkout
Alternatively, could we add a custom variable "add-on" price for the subscription?
