Shockingly rude response from Support - UNBELIEVABLE!!

Received the following message from Support - you would think they would want to help the customer!!
I have been communicating with them on the issue and made it very clear what is activated and what the issue is.

REPLY FROM ZOHO SUPPORT - Without you telling us which alert is not working we will not be able to check the issue. If the account user is not able to tell where the issue is then how a support person will be able to assist?
