Shopify sync not importing images / reverse Sync as need to update SKUs

I have done a Shopify snc with Zoho Inventory - but the images are not being imported. Any ideas?

Is is possible to reverse the sync (remove all the items imported) - so I can amend my product SKUs before syncing again?
