I am using Zoho Mail on desktop web and iOS app. On both, incoming mail is displayed from an email address (e.g.
john.doe@domain.com) and not their display name (e.g. John Doe).
On the Desktop Web it never changes and is the same for preview and viewing the complete mail. On iOS you see the display name when you click on the mail.
