Hello,

We are in need of a silent pre-install that we can run during our PC imaging process in order to pre-install the service for Run as a Service mode so that it is not necessary to upgrade to run as a service each time we connect to a user's PC for the first time.  This would save us several minutes per support session, which is quite a big deal in terms of saving both ourselves and the employees we are supporting time.  Every bit of time we take away from them by taking longer to resolve issues in these support sessions impacts their billable hours to our clients, so it is important that we work as efficiently as possible.

I also understand unattended may also accomplish this, but we are intentionally not on unattended, as we want our users to have to give us permission to connect to their PCs first.
