it's great that you've designed this with high end biz use in mind, but it would also be good for smaller biz, if one could dumb it down a bit. for instance, our biz does not need 'milestones' a task list per project is enough...and 'milestones' just confused my people. also one thing to keep in mind in ALL of our offerings is that not every "task" or to-do item, has a "DUE DATE"... for small biz's many things we need or intend to do are all ASAP basis... when we have the money or time to do them ... in some order of priority.
