Sites Themes Documentation

I want to customize and existing theme OR create a brand new theme to use on my Zoho sites website. Is there any documentation on the way Sites is organized including CSS Class names, Div ID's, etc?

Documentation, tutorials, screencasts -- anything someone might know of so I don't have to dig in and deconstruct everything and learn it from scratch.
