Is there a way to set a SKU validation when creating a sales order?

Example, I have SKU 1 that when added to a SO, needs to be followed by SKU 2 (I cannot bundle them because they often ship separately). Some of my employees often forget to add SKU 2.

I would love to have a validation rule when SKU 1 is added without SKU 2, a message would pop. Or even better, SKU 2 would be added automatically.
