I'm having difficulty getting SLA's to work for issues within Zoho Projects. We are trying to implement this in our company. I've reviewed this guide: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/projects/settings-in-zoho-projects/issue-tracker/automation/articles/sla#More_about_SLAs

The above link is not helping me.

I've create some test scenarios but am not getting email notifications to trigger when I set myself as the project owner or myself as a user pick list choice to be notified.

Can anyone help me with this or provide other tutorials?

If this is my test Issue, should I have gotten an email notification when the time exceeds 1:05 PM on 3/8?
