Hi, I can receive emails almost instantly using my email client on my mobile phone (using either Gmail, TypeApp or Outlook mobile), but not with the Outlook 2016 or 2019 application on my laptops.

If I check on Zoho Web-mail they are there instantly but not on the laptop , they can take anything up to 30 mins or more to arrive in the inbox. Please advise.
