small business Recruit package
Hello Zoho folks, I really like the Zoho Recruits app, but we are a small company that would like to share this info among 2-3 other leaders in the business. I am not a recruiter, and we only hire 1-2 key positions per year. Such little use cannot justify the 25$ per month per user fee. We cannot afford a full time HR person and this tool would be helpful when the need arises to search for employees. You should consider a smaller more limited offering above the FREE version. I suggest up to 3 users (shared access) 12 job posting per year. reduced or no access to linkedin or job sites $4 per month / per user ($12 for 3 users / month) Simply put a restricted app to help small businesses as they begin to hire help. The existing $25 mo/user seem to be developed for LARGE companies with HR staff or professional recruiting business.
