SMS change of process

Currently with Zoho's SMS you send SMS messages to candidates that you are the contact owner of and you will see a notification when they respond back to you. The issue with this way of doing it is that we have a few people on our team recruiting. Many times, the responses to our recruiters SMS is not ever seen.....especially when you send a mass SMS to hundreds of potential candidates because the owner of the candidate is not the owner sending the SMS. This method never works because our recruiters are sending SMS to other candidates and many times the same candidates about different open jobs. There is no way for them to keep track of who the owner is. It make a lot more sense that when a recruiter sends a candidate an SMS, that candidates response will be sent back to all the recruiters. Please consider making this update.
