I am considering doing Social Media Marketing. Before making this decision. I am trying to find out if this would be an effective way to market our services. For example we install new business telephone systems in San Francisco, CA.  How do I find out if using social media to talk about our services and find others looking for these types of services?  What tool would I use for this and how? Do you know if people are using social media in this way?   What would be most effective for me? As you can tell by my tags I am new to all of this. Any and all ideas / suggestions would be appreciated.
