Looking to see if we are doing something wrong here.

From the monitor tab in Zoho Social (specifically Twitter) is there anyway for you to see if you have responded to a Tweet?  You can see if you have retweeted or liked something as the icons show as a colour instead of grey but the Reply always seems to be greyed out although we have responded to the tweet.  This makes it very difficult for us to monitor which Tweets have been actioned.

Any ideas on this.
