From past 2-3 weeks, we are facing an issue of some emails not being delivered to our inbox while sender also not gets any bounce.
We identified this issue today after our customer called mentioning that he has been waiting for our email reply and when we told that we haven't received any email from their end, they sent us the screenshot of the email sent and they also confirmed that there was no bounce.

We checked thoroughly all folders including spam folder and found no trace of such emails being received.

This issue is made known to us in multiple email id's of our domain.

Please check this as it is very big concern. Appreciate your early revert on this with a right solution. We hope not to receive the reply that "as per the backend logs, email has been successfully delivered to your inbox. Please check all the folders to ensure the same". We have done all the checks already and are looking to receive a solution which will resolve this issue for us
