Some Project Help - New User
Hello, I have some questions:
1. Clients - How exactly are they used? If I have a milestone like this "Student Org Fundraiser" and one of my clients is "Student Org A" and hte other is "Student Org B" How can I make it so that Student Org A logs in and sees their task list (which is a task list under "Student Org Fundraiser") but not the other orgs task list? Also, if I have a "Non Student Org Fundraisier" and I make both of those milestones external, can I make it so that they are only external to certain clients? IE, I dont want Student Org A to be aware of Student Org B's tasklist under that milestone heading, AND I dont want them to be aware of the Non Student Org Fundraiser milestone. Is this possible? Or would I have to seperate the Student Org Fundraiser milestone into "Student Org A Fundraisier" and "Student Org B Fundraiser", and even if thats the case, since they are both external, they would still be able to see each others?!?!

2. Recurring Meetings - I cant make it so that meetings keep reoccurring indefinitely? Or at least to a certain date?
3. Incoming Money - Since my project is basically a fundraiser, how can I keep track of how much money a "client" gives us? Generating for them some kind of invoice?
