Is there a way to sort projects by the last updated date? (not by task, or task list, and not by the Gannt view -- its too busy)

We just want to see in a fast "big picture" way the projects that are not updating tasks, or listing task, or completing tasks. 

Like a list of the projects, and the last updated date
