Sorting search results

When searching for a candidate, it would be very helpful to be able to sort the resulting columns. In other words, when I search by last name for "Smith", it gives me too many responses. If I could then click on the First Name or Last Name column to sort alphabetically, I could easily scroll down to the correct name. This is especially helpful if you don't know the form of the first name, i.e. Jim, Jimmy, James, etc. or Bob, Bobby, Robert, Rob, Robbie... you get the picture
