SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox

SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox

I regularly receive emails in my inbox while an SPF softfail is specified in the mail header.
In the settings I have indicated that they must go to the Quarantaine folder.
Why doesn't that happen?
Special on  these emails is that the sender uses my own email address. But softfail = softfail regardless of the sender.
