Split delivery mail issue

Trying to setup split delivery email routing and after several hours from being enabled it keeps getting disabled. I've raised several tickets for this but had no response. Please can this be looked into.

When split delivery works (for a few hours) it is forwarding all messages including spam. Not a problem but the SPF rejects / spam / malware will be rejected by my mail server. I'm assuming the Zoho system is hitting a mail delivery failure limit (50 mails?) and then disabling the feature. This needs to be changed as my organisation gets more than this number of spam emails each day.
