Split routing - configuration not working

Hi,

I sent an email to your support 5 days ago but have had no reply yet.

I'm having trouble with split-routing and your documentation/help.

I have got my domain working with the Zoho accounts fine but I can't get split routing to work. I have defined a mailbox at my other host. My MX only lists two Zoho servers. How does the non-Zoho mail reach my other server? I have tried adding the server name into the Destination field but no luck, presumably because there is no MX for it. Your help doesn't really make it clear - can you help please?
