After a long process with my domain host to connect the domain successfully and get it verified the ssl certificate is not valid. I have received an email which seems automated, telling me the custom domain hasnt been configured properly however your zoho bookings site is showing the domain as verified.

I cannot even find where to add my own ssl key now
