Static view or new lists

Hi it would to have a function that we can create a tempory group that we can take people on and off. eg. in select a group from candidates and have them in a new temp list (they are all still in the main list) but this is a sub list that I can for example slowly contact and call, and remove them off the list as I go), or it may be a list of candidates I am just working with this month, and I can take them off as I go, or in the list I can tick as I go, open the candidate up and close but still be in the same place on the list. This would be a valuable function/asset for Zoho that would help recruiters
