Stop auto-emailing

To Zoho team,

this major problem has been reported a long time ago but no action has been taken and lately even responses on this issue have stopped. Email spamming perpetrated by Zoho projects must stop. A very simple solution is to change the default state to "no-email" and only send a message when a user chooses to do so.
