=STYLE()

I would like to set the text color of a cell based on a value. After stumbling through the functions list, it appears that the STYLE() function is the one to use. However, the documentation for the functions may be technically correct but is absolutely useless. Put some example usages in the documentation... but I digress. Searching the web revealed some examples but none of them seem to work in Zoho Sheet. Could someone please give me an example of setting the text color of a cell based on a cell value? Thanks.
