I am working in a niche sector so when I register a candidate I want to immediately send their CV to relevant clients/contacts.  They will not have Vacancies on the system so what's the quickest way of sending/submitting their CV quickly to a list of clients in a particular area without just using an email and attachment?

Should be easy to just send out "speculatively" CV's to qualified clients but I cant find a quick way to do this !
