So the way I've set up my zoho recruit system is that we forms for many different things and not just one for applying. For example when a candidate wants to apply for a job they have a application form as normal, then when we want to interview them we send a link to a "pre-interview form" asking them for more information, then when we want to offer them a contract we send them a "contract offer form", etc. 

What I want is that each time the candidate submits one of these forms it updates ONE CANDIDATE but at the moment it seems like when they update the "contract offer form" it seems to create a new candidate with the same name and with their status as new. 

How can I stop this happening as it is a big issue?
