I did a lot of confusion with the administrative panel that was all confused between e-mail account zoho and email account you signed up.
Follow the 3 accounts that have:
@ hellofamily.com.br (no problems)
@ pointme.com.br (can not access)
@ gmail.com (account that signed up for zoho)
Can not access the admin panel address @ pointme.com.br
Please could normalize this please access?
I tried to recover password, but I can not.
If necessary there is no problem to erase the entire account of @ pointme.com.br.
only need to access the account administrator that do not have more.
