Super Admin Control Inaccessible
Whenever I try to "Access Zoho Mail", it keeps sending me to a page where it asks me to link a phone number and enter my password. I already input and verified a phone number! It tells me I have incorrect details, even though I put the same phone number associated with my account and the same password I use to log into my account.
Every time, it redirects me to this page whenever I try to access my Mail account. I don''t experience this authentication issue when I try to use other apps, like Creator or Sites. Please help!
