Super Admin Forgotten Password


I'm currently managing the mail for several domains utilizing a Zoho Partner Portal. I've given the primary contact for each of these domains a Super Admin account on their respective domain. However, one of these users has forgotten their password.

While I may the Super Admin for the account that created their account, I'm still not able to reset this user's password. They are getting frustrated that they do not have access to their email, and I'm frustrated that I seem powerless to help them.

Do I need a Zoho representative to reset this password? If so, what is the fastest way to do so? I've attempted calling the support line, but despite being the first called in line, was on hold for over 45 minutes. I've emailed but have no received any responses. I
