Gmail users, who have configured their accounts in Zoho might have received an alert regarding suspicious sign in activity detected. This is because of an IP address change during the maintenance activity at our end. The POP accounts are now retrieving the emails without any issues.
- When you login to your Gmail account, you might see an alert as in the image below.

- Select the link 'Was it you', to review the IP address denoting sender1.zohomail.com (165.254.168.73 or any other IP address in the range).

- Select the option 'Yes. That was me' in the next screen.
Please let us know in case you still have trouble in retrieving emails in Zoho Mail.
