This has been asked in the past on the forums, but that was before the Outlook plugin I believe.
Ultimately I want all my employees who use Outlook 2010 on the desktop to be able to sync contacts and calendar into Zoho. Then I want them to use Activesync clients on there phones so that everything is good and happy, just like with Office365, but for less $ and more Zoho options. I would imagine this to be a very very standard thing.
Before I cut my company over to Zoho I made up a test user to try things out, build documentation,etc..
Ideally I will use JUST Zoho email, though I have tried using the CRM as an intermediary and am having problems there as well.
I have ~600 contacts in the 32bit, Outlook 2010 on W7 desktop client. Using the ZohoCRM_Plugin_for_Microsoft_Outlook_addin_32bit it says it sees 26 contacts to sync. And I am assuming this would require me to then buy CRM services for all employees if I wanted to use this approach. Why only 26 out of 600, I have no idea but am open to suggestions.
Using ZohoMail-SuiteSync I can't even get logged in. It seemingly installs, but on the login page upon boot it doesn't properly paint the screen and I can't access the login button.
Is this simply not possible? Am I using a bad combination of versions? Is there something obvious I have missed?
