I'm trying to do async between "accounts & their contact and stand alone contact (in Zoho CRM)" and "contacts & contact persons (in Zoho Books)". It's listed in the integrations --> Zoho Apps --> Zoho CRM. It's saying this integration is active, and the contacts, vendors, and item modules are synced - but when I check the details they haven't synced since 26/04. The error message says "the corresponding module is currently disabled in the CRM."

I looked in permissions etc. and couldn't find anything that looked off. The module is active in CRM and permissions are also in place. I even tried the instant sync option and ran into the same error. Can you please advise.
