Sync Notes and Activity to CRM

Hello All, We have shifted to using CRM for managing our clients, business development, and general overall daily business, while using Recruit to work the candidates and open jobs we are working. We've noticed a real pain point of not being able to see the client notes that are entered in Recruit in CRM. It's great that there is an option to see the notes in Recruit, but with all business development reps working from CRM, we now need to open 2 different systems to see the notes on a client or contact to get up to date prior to reaching out. Is there a way to sync the notes into CRM? I've looked all through the message boards and have not found a way to make this happen.
