Sync Quote in CRM with Zoho Sign
Hi guys,
I create quotes in CRM and send them to my prospects. When they accept my quote - in other way of saying offers -, I write all these quote information to the contract and asking them to sign it via Zoho Sign.

This is the quote I generally create when I send them to my prospects to review my offer.
After they say they're accepting the offer, I write down all these quote pieces of information to my contract on Zoho Sign manually.
What I want in this stage is that I want my quote pieces of information to be written here automatically. I don't want to be needed to fill all these blanks manually that I already created by creating a quote. Here's a basic workflow:
- Creating the quote in CRM assigned to an Account and a deal
- After confirmation from my prospect,
- I manually fill these fields manually that I already have written in quotes.
- Sending that contract with Zoho Sign to my prospect.
Desired workflow:
- Creating the quote in CRM that is assigned to an account and a deal
- After confirmation from my prospect,
- Automatically update contact details from CRM(Account Information, Quote Information etc.)
- Send it to my prospects.
How is that possible?
