Zoho CRM and MA2.0 - How is the new sync working and what is best practice?
Hello,
can someone please clarify how the sync is working.
As I understand it:
- All Leads in a module are synced to MA,
- Changes in CRM are instantly synced to MA
- Changes in MA must be pushed to CRM
- Lead-Score, OptOut and Lead-Stage are pushed automatically, if configured in MA sync settings
Is this correct, or am I missing something?
Here are my Questions:
- When will Lead-Score, Lead-Stage and OptOut be synced to CRM? At the moment the value changes?
- As converted leads are not excluded, when syncing the CRM Leads module, what is the best way to sync the CRM contacts module?
