However, one thing I strongly feel needs to be addressed is some way to add alerts for tasks and/or meetings. I have not been able to get any of my tasks to produce and alert on my Android phone. My meeting alerts are limited to pop-ups through my Google calendar as displayed on my phone. Since the sync interval between ZCRM and Google is every 6 hours this is not really practical.

As a work-around I suggest that Zoho uses the Android ZCRM app to produce interactive alerts for tasks and events.

That way your mobile users will not have to have the app open all the time in order to receive their alerts.

Perhaps adding a widget for Android would be helpful, as that could also be used to log incoming calls until better integration is finished in that area.
