Tab through all fields when entering expenses

Tab through all fields when entering expenses

When entering a new expense I can tab through all fields except when I get to Billable. I tab to Billable, space bar to check the box, but then I can't tab to get to Customer Name to fill that in. Tab takes you to the submit button.

It's very nice that I can tab through the rest of the fields for quick expense entry but I wish I could tab all the way through. 

Please make the Customer Name field accessible via tabbing from the Billable field.
