It is rather annoying that one cannot have a pick list in tabular - especially when once ask for a specific details.  For example: In Professional details there is a field "Highest Qualification" - a pick list is specified. 

Then in Educational details - "Degree" : Sometimes that two does not match because people us abbreviations, different terminology.   Wish all things match up, and maybe searches will run better.
