Tags

I am trying to create a custom view where I can see a candidate that contains more than one tag. For example, I tagged candidates as "contractors." I also tagged them with "dynamics ax" - a technology I work with. I want to be able to create a view where I can see candidates that fit both of these criteria. For some reason, it is not working. Please help. I have attached screenshots.
