In the Task Templates customization screen I can reorder the Task Lists and the top-level tasks within the task lists.

How do you re-order SUB-TASKS though? Doesn't seem to be any readily apparent way of doing that, which makes actually using sub-tasks in a template a huge pain because changing the order requires DELETING THEM ALL and the recreating them all in the order you want.
