Hi, I dropped an email to support@zohoone.com and a web form. But I didn't get any responses.

I checked the whatsapp link via the setup > Organization > Organization > Channels, and checked the whatsapp accounts in facebook business portfolio, it's all working and connected.

Then I deleted the whatsapp channel and created it again. But still I'm still not seeing incoming whatsapp messages.
