Hello,

We have been using Zoho for our company and have an issue with Telephony.  Although integrated, the user gets an error message when trying to troubleshoot by trying to access "Telephony" in Zoho.  When test calls are placed through the CRM to a personal phone, the following automated message plays when the personal phone is answered "All of our agents are with other guests at the moment" then there is a beep and Zoho hangs up.  Other users in our company have no problems at all.  I've tested with Chrome and Safari and same issue.  How do we fix?
